The extrusion principle of the corrugated pipe extruder is that a screw with inclined helical grooves rotates in the heated barrel. It squeezes the plastic from the hopper forward, causing the plastic to gradually heat up and be uniformly plasticized. Then the plastic is extruded and formed through the die head and the mold.
The corrugated pipe extruder consists of an extrusion system, a heating and cooling system, a transmission system and a control system.
