The PE single-wall corrugated pipe line is usually composed of a single screw extruder, a corrugation forming machine (mold block), a cooling system (air-cooled or water-cooled), and a traction and winding device.

The support diameter ranges from approximately Φ4.5mm to Φ200mm (depending on the model), with a production speed typically ranging from 3 to 15 m/min. It can be continuously produced and the mold can be easily replaced, ensuring uniform corrugations and smooth inner and outer walls.

Note: The structure of single-wall corrugated pipe and double-wall corrugated pipe is different. The two sides of the single-wall pipe are both in a corrugated shape, focusing on flexible protection and lightweight drainage. Its pressure-bearing capacity is weaker than that of the double-wall pipe. The selection should be based on specific working conditions.
