The PE single-wall corrugated pipe equipment is mainly composed of five parts: the extrusion system, the molding system, the cooling system, the tensioning system and the control system.
The extrusion system consists of two screws rotating in the same direction (with two screws), which heat the plastic raw material to a molten state through heating coils. The pressure generated by the rotation of the screws pushes the molten material to the molding mold. The molding mold is designed with different flow channel structures according to the type of pipe (such as single-wall corrugated pipe or double-layer threaded pipe), allowing the molten material to form a specific cross-sectional shape. The cooling system rapidly solidifies the pipe through air cooling or water cooling. The tensioning system pulls out the finished product at a constant speed, ensuring the dimensional accuracy of the pipe (with a positioning accuracy of 0.10mm). The control system is responsible for adjusting parameters such as temperature, screw rotation speed and tensioning speed, ensuring production stability.
