In terms of production efficiency, the extrusion capacity (250 kg/h) and production speed (15 m/min) of the single-wall corrugated pipe equipment need to be matched with the number of modules (42 pairs).
The more module pairs there are, the shorter the wave forming cycle per unit length of the pipe. However, this also means higher requirements for heating power (8 kW) and water consumption (6 m³/h). For example, the PE raw material needs to be rapidly cooled and shaped at a melting temperature of 180-220°C. If the cooling water flow is insufficient, it may cause wave deformation; while if the traction speed is too fast, it may lead to pipeline stretching and rupture. Therefore, the equipment needs to dynamically adjust the heating, cooling and traction parameters through the PLC control system to meet the production requirements for different raw materials and pipe diameters.
