The working principle of the PVC hose extrusion production line consists of three steps: raw material processing, heating and extrusion, and molding and cooling.
Raw material processing: First, mix PVC resin powder with stabilizers, plasticizers and other additives in the prescribed proportion. Then, heat it up in a high-speed mixer and cool it down to 40-50 degrees before adding it to the extruder hopper.
Heating and extrusion: After the materials enter the barrel, the screw rotates to push the materials forward. At the same time, the external heating and frictional shear heat of the barrel cause the raw materials to melt. After passing through the compression section and homogenization section, they become uniform molten material.
Molding and cooling: The molten material is extruded through the die to form a tubular shape. It immediately enters the vacuum shaping water tank for cooling and shaping, and then is continuously pulled out by the traction machine. Finally, it is automatically cut according to the set length.
