The specifications and parameters of the PVC plastic pipe production line mainly depend on the type of extruder (the diameter of the screw), which directly determines the range of pipe diameters that can be produced and the output.
Small-diameter PVC plastic pipe production line (Φ16–63mm) equipped with SJZ51/105 or SJZ65/132 conical twin-screw extruders. Taking the one-out-four electrical pipe production line as an example, the main motor power is approximately 37kW, the extrusion capacity is about 250kg/h, and the production line speed can reach 12–15m/min.
Medium-diameter PVC plastic pipe production line (Φ75–160mm) equipped with SJZ65/132 or SJZ80/156 extruder, with the strongest versatility.
Large-diameter PVC plastic pipe production line (Φ200mm and above) equipped with SJZ80/156 or SJZ92/188 extruder. Taking the Φ200–400 drainage pipe production line as an example, the main motor power is 55kW, the designed extrusion capacity is 350kg/h; the flagship model can support Φ500–800mm ultra-large diameter pipe materials.
