The main models of PVC hose extruders include small precision models and medium-large scale production models.
Small precision models: Suitable for micro-sized hoses with a diameter of 2-8mm, with a production capacity of approximately 30-45kg/h. They are mainly used for manufacturing high-precision products such as medical nasal oxygen tubes and precision instrument protective tubes.
Medium-large scale production models: Suitable for hoses with a diameter of 14-25mm and above, with a production capacity of up to 45-95kg/h. They are widely used in the production of common industrial and civilian products such as garden water supply pipes, wire insulation sleeves, and corrosion-resistant fluid transport hoses.
Some customized models can also be compatible with the extrusion production of various soft plastics such as PE, TPU, and EVA, expanding the application scenarios of the equipment.
