The perforated corrugated pipe produced by the drilling corrugated pipe equipment is made through a one-time extrusion molding process. The raw material is a mixture of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic and additives, which are mixed and stirred. The mixed raw materials are heated to 230°C in the extruder to melt. The molten material is injected into the mold for molding and cooling to harden. After demolding, the plastic is completely hardened by water cooling and spraying. Square holes are drilled at the corrugated pipe grooves using a toothed rotating disk. The surface is wrapped with a filter cloth and heat-pressed tightly. Finally, it is cut according to length, wound and packaged, and subjected to a sampling compression strength test.
