‌Extruder configuration‌: Double-wall corrugated pipe equipment usually requires two extruders (or one twin-screw extruder with double-layer分流 molds)， each responsible for the extrusion of the inner smooth tube wall and the outer corrugated wall， and there is a high requirement for the synchronization of the extrusion speeds of the inner and outer layers. Single-wall corrugated pipe equipment generally only requires one extruder， and the structure is simpler.

‌Molding molds‌： The molds of double-wall equipment have two layers of molten material flow channels inside and outside， and there is also a compressed air channel in the middle， used to blow the outer layer to tightly adhere to the corrugated mold； the straight sections of the molds are also longer.
