The HDPE air conditioning pipe extruder is a plastic processing equipment specifically designed for manufacturing the air conditioning pipe materials used in conjunction with high-density polyethylene.
Relying on the pressure and shear force generated by the rotation of the screw, the HDPE raw material is plasticized and melted, and then extruded through the mold to form various types of pipe materials suitable for the production of air conditioning insulation, wire threading, etc.
Core configuration and parameters
Most regular models adopt a single screw structure. The screw diameter is typically 45-90mm, and the length-to-diameter ratio is mostly 25:1 - 33:1. Some high-capacity models can reach 40:1, ensuring uniform material plasticization.
The range of pipe materials that can be produced covers Φ20 - Φ63mm. Some high-capacity models can expand to larger pipe diameters. The extrusion capacity is generally in the range of 80 - 500kg/h.
The electrical system is mostly equipped with imported components such as ABB speed regulators and Siemens contactors. The temperature control accuracy is high, and the operational stability is strong.
